Chelsea close in on transfer target

Kramaric has become one of the most sought after players in the world after impressing for his club Rijeka this season, bagging 21 goals in 18 league matches.
Tottenham and Leicester City have both made bids for his services, but reports say Chelsea are set to sign the striker, with a contract already being agreed.
All that remains for the deal to go through is for Chelsea to finalise a fee with Rijeka, although that’s thought to be close, with a £7.5million bid going in yesterday.
