Chelsea have extended their lead at the top of the premier league table to three point after their win against stoke city courtesy of john terry and cesc fabregas. The game started on a high for chelsea, as within two minutes of play chelsea where in front with a good header from john terry, then after stoke had opportunities but it wasnt to be their day as chelsea had everything under control in the first half, the second half continued with the way it ended, with costa having good chances but could not get a foot right, stoke may have thought that they could cause an upset by equalising, but any thought of an upset vanished as cesc fabregas settled matters.
he was really a thorn in the flesh for stoke as he scored and assisted (man of the match).
